Understand what FUD processes, what is public on Solana, and how to make a privacy request.
Who this notice covers
FUD Markets (“FUD”, “we”, “us”) processes information to operate the prediction-market service at fud.markets and the FUD Android app. This notice explains the information used by that service, why it is needed, who receives it, and how to contact us about your rights. The privacy contact is fudmarkets.app@gmail.com.
This notice covers FUD’s own processing. Wallet applications, sign-in providers, blockchain explorers and app stores also process information under their own notices. For example, publisher identity verification in the Solana Mobile portal is a separate process, not FUD account verification.
Information we process
Account and sign-in: the identifier supplied through your chosen login method, such as email, linked social account or wallet address; the Privy subject/account identifier; session and authorization records; and the wallet identifiers needed to associate the correct FUD account.
Profile and public activity: the username, profile image and biography you choose to provide, market descriptions and other content you submit. Public profile and market information is visible to other users. Do not include information you want to keep private in these fields.
Financial and permission records: supported wallet addresses, consent versions and signatures, funding permissions, orders, positions, balances, reservations, deposit and withdrawal receipts, transaction references, fees, and optional automation settings. A dollar estimate and an asset balance are separate records.
Technical and support information: IP address and request metadata, browser or device information, security events, error and diagnostic records, local preferences, and information you send to support. Avoid sending unnecessary private information in a screenshot or attachment.
Why we use information
We use the information needed to authenticate users, maintain profiles and sessions, associate wallets, enforce permission boundaries, process orders and settlement, reconcile funding, display balances, handle withdrawal requests and provide optional features you enable.
We also use relevant records to secure the service, prevent fraud and market abuse, investigate errors, respond to support and privacy requests, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Where processing depends on consent, it is requested in the relevant flow. Where law permits processing needed for your requested service or another lawful purpose, only that purpose and its applicable requirements apply. A wallet funding authorization has its own scope; it is not blanket consent to unrelated personal-data processing.
Wallets, signatures & the blockchain
Connecting through Mobile Wallet Adapter shares the wallet information and signed messages needed for the operation you approve. Your connected sign-in wallet may differ from the embedded wallet used by the FUD trading service. Signing in does not automatically merge identities or authorize every wallet action.
An enabled automatic-funding permission can lead to background processing while the app is closed. FUD retains the permission scope, status, relevant transaction references and reconciliation records needed to carry out that permission and prevent duplicate credit. Withdrawing or revoking a permission does not erase records required to reconcile an operation already submitted.
Solana addresses and finalized transactions are public, and may be copied or indexed by others. Off-chain account, order and reconciliation data can sometimes be linked to a public address. FUD cannot erase public blockchain history or control independently published explorer records. We do not ask you to send a seed phrase, private key, password or one-time login code to support.
Cookies & local storage
The web interface and Android WebView use technical storage for functions such as session handling, account isolation, an unfinished consent flow, the selected Seeker entry, theme and balance-display preferences. Authentication providers may also use cookies or equivalent storage to deliver sign-in and security functions.
You can clear browser or app storage using your device controls. This can sign you out, remove local preferences or interrupt a pending flow; it does not delete the FUD account or its server records. Essential processing may be unavailable if required storage is blocked. Any optional tracking requiring consent must be handled separately from essential sign-in or wallet permission.
Retention & security
We retain off-chain information only as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, transaction reconciliation, security, legal obligations and disputes. Different records can require different periods. A pending transfer, open position, unresolved balance or legal retention requirement can prevent immediate removal of a related record. Backups can retain residual copies until their normal rotation; retained information remains subject to applicable restrictions.
We use access controls and technical measures intended to protect account and operational records. No internet, wallet or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Protect your login methods and recovery options, review permissions and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. A general security statement is not a promise of zero risk.
Your choices & privacy rights
You can update supported profile fields and preferences through the app, disconnect sign-in methods where available, and use the relevant Settings or wallet-provider controls to revoke permissions. Stopping a funding permission and deleting personal data are separate requests. Neither can reverse a finalized transfer.
Where applicable law provides them, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion or confidentiality of your personal information, and object to or restrict particular processing or withdraw consent. Write to fudmarkets.app@gmail.com from an account-associated contact where possible, describing the request. We may need a proportionate way to confirm account control before disclosing or changing records; do not send wallet secrets. We will handle the request within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful limitation.
You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) provides information about data-protection rights and complaints. This notice does not remove mandatory rights in Argentina or another applicable jurisdiction.
Account & data-deletion requests
To request account closure or deletion of off-chain personal data, email fudmarkets.app@gmail.com with the subject “FUD account and data deletion”. Identify the account in a way we can verify safely and state whether you want closure, personal-data deletion or both. This email route is a support request; sending it does not automatically delete anything or withdraw assets.
Where possible, resolve open orders, positions and pending transfers and revoke optional permissions first. If a balance or operation remains, contact support rather than abandoning a wallet. We will assess what can be deleted and explain any records that must be retained, their reason and the applicable retention requirements. Public blockchain records and records required by law cannot be removed merely by deleting an account. Closing an account does not authorize FUD to confiscate a legitimate available balance.
Age & changes to this notice
FUD is intended for adults who meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use. It is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact the privacy address so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This notice is version 2026-10-28. A substantive update will be published with a new date, with additional notice or consent where legally required. An update does not retroactively expand a wallet authorization or erase a previously recorded agreement. You can keep the dated copy at privacy-2026-10-28.html for your records.
