You can lose the full amount you commit. Read each market’s rules and every wallet permission before you confirm.
Read this alongside the market rules and the specific authorizations shown in FUD. An existing account may have accepted an earlier dated version; publishing this page does not change that record.
The service & these Terms
FUD Markets (“FUD”, “we”, “us”) provides the prediction-market service available at fud.markets and through the FUD Android app. These Terms cover accounts, profiles, connected and embedded wallets, funding, market creation, orders, positions, settlement, withdrawals and any automation you choose to enable. Contact FUD Markets at fudmarkets.app@gmail.com.
You accept the version of these Terms presented for your agreement in the service. A wallet connection, an app-store installation or reading this page alone does not grant trading or wallet permissions. Funding consent, order instructions and withdrawal approvals have their own scope and confirmation steps. Do not agree or proceed if you do not understand an authorization.
This is version 2026-10-28. The account setup flow may still reference an earlier, dated version. Publishing this page does not rewrite an earlier signed message, substitute a new version for recorded acceptance, or expand an existing permission. Material changes that require your agreement must be presented through the appropriate service flow.
Eligibility & access
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use the relevant features where you are located. Do not use FUD where prediction markets, digital-asset trading or the relevant activity is prohibited. Do not evade a restriction by using another identity, location tool or another person’s account.
Availability of a website, an Android download or a wallet connection is not a representation that a feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction. FUD may limit access when required by law, platform rules, security controls or the availability of supported services. You must provide accurate information when requested for account security or applicable verification. We may request only information reasonably needed for those purposes.
Your account & profile
Keep your sign-in methods and recovery options secure. FUD uses Privy for authentication and wallet-related services. Depending on the entry point, sign-in may use email, Google or a connected wallet. The Seeker edition uses a Solana wallet connection through Mobile Wallet Adapter. A successful sign-in identifies an account; it does not by itself authorize a deposit, withdrawal or trade.
Your connected sign-in wallet and the embedded wallet used by FUD may be different wallets. Connecting another address or using the same email does not automatically combine accounts, positions or balances. Review the account and wallet shown before acting. Contact support if you believe you are using the wrong account.
You are responsible for activity you authorize, including activity by tools you enable. Use a username, image and biography you have the right to publish. Do not impersonate others or post unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing material. FUD may remove that material or restrict the affected feature, subject to applicable law. We do not need your seed phrase, private key or one-time sign-in code in a support message.
Wallets, permissions & automation
FUD uses a combination of wallet infrastructure, server-side order handling, internal accounting and Solana programs. Do not assume every balance remains in your personal wallet or that every order is an individually signed on-chain transaction. Deposits may move assets into accounts used by the FUD trading system; balances and reservations are also recorded by the service. Access and withdrawals depend on the relevant infrastructure, permissions, reconciliation and network state.
Where offered, automatic funding is an explicit, recurring permission restricted to the wallet, assets, destination, chain and limits shown in the consent. An older USDC-only permission does not authorize FUD or SOL transfers. An expanded permission must be separately presented and accepted. The current creation-time USDC scope has a maximum of 50,000 USDC per transfer; the applicable signed message also states the FUD and SOL limits when those assets are included. Per-transfer limits are not a cumulative spending or deposit cap.
Automatic funding can operate while the app or browser is closed. A permission remains active until revoked or until its own expiry, if any. Use the revocation controls in Settings and review the reported result. Revoking permission stops future authorized operations once effective; it cannot undo a transaction already signed or finalized. Pending receipts may still be reconciled and credited. If a stop or revoke action fails or its result is uncertain, contact support and use the wallet provider’s available permission controls.
Funding permission is not a withdrawal authorization and does not permit arbitrary signing or trading signatures. Optional Auto-sign, agents or other automation use separate authorizations where offered. Review their scope, limits and duration before enabling them. Do not share account credentials with an agent or rely on an automated strategy as a guarantee of execution or profit.
Supported assets & funding
Use only the asset, network, mint and address shown by the current FUD funding flow. The Solana service supports enabled USDC, FUD and SOL routes; an asset or route may be unavailable for a specific market, account or period. A token symbol alone is not a reliable identifier. Old Base, beta, devnet and test-wallet instructions are not interchangeable with current Solana mainnet instructions.
Supported native SOL deposits may be wrapped into wSOL internally for the trading infrastructure after finalized arrival. This does not make SOL a dollar balance or guarantee a one-dollar redemption. USDC, FUD and SOL remain distinct assets: a displayed dollar estimate does not convert them or promise an exchange rate. FUD is a volatile token; USDC also carries issuer, depegging and availability risk.
A blockchain transfer is not necessarily a credited FUD deposit. Credit depends on required confirmations, a valid receipt, supported asset and account matching, and reconciliation. Automatic-funding routes may apply minimum processing thresholds to avoid uneconomic network operations. Smaller amounts may remain in the personal wallet until the relevant threshold is met; they are not automatically credited to the trading balance. Consult the current funding flow for available routes and thresholds.
Wrong-network transfers, unsupported assets, incorrect addresses and transfers outside the supported flow may be unrecoverable. Contact support with the public transaction reference if something is missing; do not repeatedly resend a transfer whose outcome is uncertain.
Balances & withdrawals
An available balance differs from a total balance. Open orders, positions, fees and operations awaiting confirmation can reserve funds. Price estimates may be delayed and must not be treated as a withdrawable balance. An asset’s balance cannot fund a different collateral market unless the service explicitly provides and confirms a supported conversion.
A withdrawal requires available funds and its own amount-, asset- and destination-specific authorization. Check the address, asset, network and final amount carefully. A funding permission is not consent to withdraw. Minimums, network charges or a paused route may affect availability and will be described in the applicable flow.
Processing can be delayed by network congestion, wallet or signer outages, reconciliation, security checks and applicable legal obligations. A submitted request is not a guarantee of immediate confirmation. Do not retry an uncertain withdrawal before its status is reconciled. Once a transaction is finalized, FUD may be unable to reverse it or recover funds sent to the wrong address. Contact support if the status or balance appears incorrect.
Markets, orders & positions
Each market’s question, collateral asset, outcomes, deadlines and resolution rules form part of your decision to participate. Review them before placing an order. Market labels, charts, implied probabilities, token prices and potential returns may be delayed or incomplete. They are information, not advice or a promise of value.
FUD matches and processes orders through its backend and trading infrastructure. An order may rest, fill partially, expire, be rejected or remain unfilled; a counterparty, liquidity and a particular execution time are not guaranteed. A displayed quote is not a confirmed fill. A limit order’s permitted execution price is determined by its confirmed terms; a quick action is still an instruction with the terms shown or configured for that action.
An accepted order can reserve funds before a fill. A cancellation request can race with execution: a fill that completed before cancellation remains effective. Confirm order status before assuming funds have been released. An error, timeout or interrupted connection does not prove that an order failed; use the existing order status or retry mechanism rather than submitting a new, duplicate instruction.
You can lose the entire amount committed to a position. A position is governed by its own market and collateral rules, not by the market value of the FUD token or an expectation that another user will buy it.
Resolution & settlement
Positions settle according to the market’s published outcome criteria and the applicable contract and service rules. Depending on the market, resolution can use an external price feed, a stated data source or a manual determination. Settlement may take time after a market stops trading.
If a source fails, an event is ambiguous or a result cannot reliably be determined, settlement may be delayed or a market may be voided under its rules. A voided position does not necessarily return its original purchase price; the applicable payout rule controls. FUD must not use a change to this page to retroactively rewrite an existing market’s outcome criteria.
If you dispute a result, report the market identifier, published criteria and supporting evidence to support promptly. Reporting a dispute does not automatically suspend finalized blockchain operations or guarantee a reversal. We will review the report under the market rules and applicable law.
Fees & costs
Applicable trading fees, creator charges or rebates, network fees and withdrawal charges depend on the action and the terms shown in the service. A taker fee may be calculated on a market’s risk notional rather than on the entire amount deposited. A reserved fee amount is not necessarily the final fee collected; rounding, partial fills and the order’s recorded fee terms can affect the result.
Review the quote or confirmation and your configured quick-action settings before submitting. Fee changes apply as disclosed to new instructions and must not silently rewrite an existing order’s recorded terms. Network charges may be payable even when a blockchain operation does not produce the intended result. You are responsible for your taxes and reporting obligations; FUD does not provide tax advice.
Market integrity & permitted use
Do not use FUD for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or another unlawful purpose. Do not manipulate outcomes or prices, wash trade, deceptively coordinate orders, exploit a malfunction, bypass authorization checks, interfere with infrastructure, or access accounts or data without permission.
Use integrations and APIs within their authorized scopes and reasonable technical limits. Do not present an unofficial agent or interface as FUD or conceal the risks and permissions of an integration. Market creators must have a lawful basis for their content and use clear outcome criteria. Creating a market does not entitle you to change its rules after users have traded.
If an apparent error, vulnerability or unauthorized operation occurs, stop the affected action and report it. FUD may investigate, preserve records and restrict the relevant activity proportionately. These measures do not create a right to confiscate an unrelated legitimate balance.
Points, rewards & the FUD token
If FUD offers points, referrals, creator rewards or other programs, the specific published program rules determine eligibility, calculation, exclusions and any entitlement. Fraudulent activity, self-dealing and wash trading may be excluded under those rules. A label or an estimated reward is not proof that a reward has vested or can be withdrawn.
Do not infer ownership of FUD Markets, voting rights, dividends, a guaranteed airdrop, yield, redemption or a future token allocation simply from using the app or holding a token. Any express entitlement in separately published, applicable program terms must be assessed under those terms and applicable law. No market price or future monetary value is guaranteed.
Risk & third-party services
Prediction markets and digital assets involve substantial risk. Commit only amounts you can afford to lose. Risks include illiquidity, adverse prices, incorrect or unavailable resolution data, stablecoin depegging, token volatility, smart-contract defects, compromised permissions, wallet-provider failures, operational mistakes, chain disruption and changes in law. Historical performance and quoted returns do not predict future results.
FUD relies on services including Solana, Privy, hosting and database providers, RPC services, data sources and signing infrastructure. Mobile Wallet Adapter connects an Android app to a compatible wallet; it does not make Solana Mobile or the wallet provider the operator of FUD or a guarantor of its markets. The Android app uses the FUD web interface inside a native WebShell and shares the service’s accounts and markets.
FUD provides no personal investment, legal or tax advice. FUD is not a bank account, and these Terms do not promise deposit insurance, capital protection or uninterrupted access. Third-party services can have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove any responsibility FUD has under mandatory law.
Interruptions, restrictions & leaving
We may pause or restrict a feature for maintenance, security, a genuine integrity risk, reconciliation or legal compliance. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate the reason and expected impact without compromising an investigation or security. A paused deposit route, trading lane or withdrawal route may behave differently; do not assume a general status indicator authorizes an unavailable action.
You may stop using FUD, cancel unfilled orders where possible, disable optional automation, revoke permissions and request closure through support. Outstanding positions, reserved funds, pending transfers, disputes and required records may need to be resolved first. Account closure does not erase public blockchain history or automatically reverse a trade. Restrictions and closure must respect your mandatory rights and legitimate claims to available funds.
Content, software & privacy
FUD and its licensors retain their rights in the brand, interface and software. You may use the service for its intended purpose and use published brand assets under their accompanying guidance. Open-source components retain their applicable licences. You retain your rights in content you submit and allow FUD to display and process it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service, subject to applicable privacy rights.
Personal data is addressed in the Privacy Policy, including the contact route for access or deletion requests. This Terms page does not replace that notice or erase legally retained records. Do not include secrets or other people’s private information in public profiles, market descriptions or support attachments.
Responsibility & your rights
We do not guarantee a profit, a particular market outcome, uninterrupted availability or the absence of every error. You remain responsible for decisions and instructions you knowingly authorize. We remain responsible for obligations and conduct for which applicable law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot be waived for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or another non-excludable cause. A risk disclosure is not a blanket release for our own unlawful conduct. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and must be interpreted consistently with those protections.
Changes, law & disputes
We may publish a new dated version as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated and, when required, presented for renewed acceptance before they apply. The version recorded with an acceptance or permission remains identifiable. Existing blockchain signatures cannot be edited by replacing a webpage.
These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of Argentina, consistent with the earlier FUD terms, without displacing any mandatory law or protections that apply to you. Contact support first if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it. You keep access to any competent court or consumer authority that mandatory law provides; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this page.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Market-specific rules govern the specific market; an explicit wallet permission governs only its own technical scope and does not waive these Terms or your mandatory rights. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
